North West-based PropTech firm Wondrwall has acquired two renewable technology companies as part of its expansion strategy.
Wondrwall, which has developed a revolutionary intelligent home system, has acquired Durham-based Cleaner Air Solutions UK and its sister company Solar Monitoring & Maintenance.
Wondrwall Group CEO Daniel Burton said: “Using artificial intelligence and self-learning technology to maximise the cost and energy efficiencies of our solar PV and battery storage systems is such an integral component of Wondrwall’s net-zero solution.
“Since the launch of Wondrwall Energy, Cleaner Air Solutions has been one of Wondrwall’s most trusted installation partners and we’re delighted to announce that we will be bringing not one, but two of their businesses into the group.
“These businesses are capable of delivering large-scale solar PV and renewables projects valued in excess of £80m.
“As part of our strategic growth plan this double acquisition places the rapidly expanding Wondrwall Group at the leading edge of UK organisations pushing towards net-zero buildings.”

Cleaner Air Solutions was established in 2008 and was one of the first organisations to receive UKMCS accreditation.
Solar Maintenance & Monitoring was founded by the Cleaner Air management team four years later with the sole aim of providing remote monitoring and maintenance of solar PV installations throughout the UK.

Both businesses will continue to operate from their Durham base and will be integrated into the Wondrwall Group structure.
Cleaner Air Solutions and Solar Monitoring & Maintenance will commence trading as Wondrwall | Renewable Energy Solutions and Wondrwall | Maintenance & Monitoring with immediate effect.
