Perkbox appoints former Travelzoo manager


Employee perks company Perkbox has named Tom O’Connor as its new enterprise customer success director.

O’Connor has been brought on board to develop and strengthen the talent of the company’s own Customer Success Team, as the firm looks to expand internationally.

The new director joins the company from travel deals website Travelzoo where he was EMEA General Manager.

“I am really excited to be joining the Perkbox team,” said O’Connor.

“I truly believe in the Perkbox brand and overall mission and based on the success I saw at Travelzoo, leading the team through rapid growth and profitability, I see just how much potential there is for Perkbox to do the same as it looks to expand internationally.

“The team is amazing too, there was almost an instant connection with everyone from the start and and they offer excellent opportunities for personal growth.”

O’Connor was previously an entrepreneur, having co-founded two startups most recently UK & Ireland’s Country Manager for Go Euro.

Perkbox is currently evaluating acquisition opportunities and joint-ventures in EMEA, North America and Asia.
