Finance chiefs at a pair of London-listed HealthTech companies have stepped down.

Induction Healthcare Group PLC, a digital health platform, said Guy Mitchell will step aside due to personal reasons and be replaced by John McIntosh as interim CFO, a non-board position.

Mitchell joined the company – which provides technology for interactions between patients and care teams – in August 2021 following a stint as CFO of Oxehealth.

He has resigned as a director with immediate effect, but will remain with the business for a short handover period.

Meanwhile Inspiration Healthcare Group plc, a global provider of medical technology for use in critical care and operating theatres, said Jonathan Ballard has stepped down as CFO with immediate effect.

It added that the board has secured an experienced practitioner, currently acting as a consultant to the company and who has significant prior knowledge of its business, to lead the finance team on an interim basis.

Ballard, who has served in the role for the last five years, will remain with the company during his notice period.
