Cabfind, a Merseyside-based provider of transport-on-demand technology, has made a key appointment to help drive its ambitious growth targets.
Tim Jordan has joined the Birkenhead business on a fixed term consultancy contract.
As a founding partner at Cabfind, Jordan helped shape the company into what it is today, securing contracts with several rail, freight and travel management companies.
Following Cabfind’s acquisition by global mobility solutions provider Transdev in 2015, Jordan took the decision to step away from the travel industry and focus on his own personal ambitions – but has now decided to make a return.
He will be working alongside the commercial team to develop new relationships.
“Having met with Lee and Daniel I was struck by their desire to grow Cabfind into a market leader within business travel and beyond,” Jordan said.
“We have some very ambitious targets to hit and I’m looking forward to working with the team to help realise those goals.”
Lee Wasnidge, managing director, added: “As a founding partner, Tim helped build the footings on which Cabfind stand today. Cabfind has always been a home for Tim, so as soon as we knew he was interested in providing his support I was pleased to welcome him back.”
Cabfind provides a managed taxi service to organisations from travel management companies to corporate businesses and SMEs, with specialist expertise in the rail, media and logistics sectors.
