The app from TELUS Health, based in Canada, makes wellbeing support accessible anywhere and has been designed using the COM-B model – an evidence-based approach for enabling behaviour change.

The preventative health tool uses machine learning and calls upon years of academic research to educate, engage and inspire employees to improve their health and achieve their personal wellbeing goals.

TELUS Health Wellbeing syncs with more than 300 wearable health devices, including Apple Health Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin, offering digital tools and resources to support a more personalised journey for employees.
