Pet nutrition pioneer Omni finally has an office to call its own.
Founded by veterinarian Dr Guy Sandelowsky and former finance executive Shiv Sivakumar, Omni has gone from strength to strength since appearing on Dragons’ Den in February 2025.
Sivakumar swapped investment banking for entrepreneurship, inspired by his dog Leo and a desire to make sustainable nutrition accessible to pets.
The pair, who were included in BusinessCloud’s Founder 250 list, appeared on Dragons’ Den, where they secured investment from Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett at a valuation of £3m.
Sandelowsky said: “We just moved into our first office.
“After years of remote working, countless video calls and meeting up wherever we could find space, we’ve finally got our first office in Hackney, East London.
“Somewhere to call home, bring the team together, bounce ideas around and just enjoy spending time together in real life.
“Now we just gotta work out how many dogs we can fit in here.”
After securing the backing of Dragons Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett, Omni closed an £11m Series A investment round earlier this year.
The round was led by IW Capital and RedRice Ventures, alongside investment from RootBridge Capital, Digitalis Ventures, Lever VC and AniVC.
In 2025, Omni recorded sales of £8.4m, up from £2.7m in 2024 and £1.2m in 2023.
In January 2026, Omni announced a landmark partnership with broadcaster, naturalist and environmental campaigner Chris Packham.
