In 2018, Russell Crowley and Alex Steer walked away from their well paid jobs to set up Principle Networks. Their premise was to build a tech business with strong values, great people, and an identity to be proud of – hence the name ‘Principle’. They’d saved enough money to last 12 months but within two years the business had hit £1m turnover. Principle Networks helps businesses reduce cyber risk and is on track to hit £8m in annual revenue.
