Arjun Sofat founded Free Soul in 2017 with his mum Rohini from a kitchen to transform female nutrition. At the time, Rohini’s husband and Arjun’s father was facing a critical health scare. Arjun said: “Investors passed. The category barely existed. It was a mum and her son, a kitchen table, a nutritionist, and a stubborn belief that women deserved better.”
