Born and raised in the North East, Peter Moody left the region as a 17-year-old to join the armed services. After a 23-year career in the Royal Navy’s Submarine Service and seeking new challenges, Moody returned home to the North East in 2005 and established GAP Waste. The company has grown substantially over the period and a group structure was formed in 2019. The company processes in excess of 90,000 ton of electrical waste annually.
