Primer is a London-based payments startup founded by ex-PayPal and Braintree employees Paul Anthony and Gabriel Le Roux on the premise that payments needed a single, unified infrastructure layer before they could benefit from the intelligence built on top. Earlier this year, Primer announced a $100m (£75m) Series C funding round led by Sofina. Le Roux is the CEO of Primer while Anthony has gone on to launch Colossal.
