Mark Sweeny is a serial entrepreneur and multi-award-winning founder. Prior to founding Welsh technology tech firm de Novo Solutions, he sold Certus Solutions to Accenture. Sweeny has never lost his Bexleyheath accent and as a child wanted to be a drummer in a rock band. He’s now grown de Novo Solutions to £12m turnover and £1.6m profits. The company employ 140 people across Wales, Chennai in India, and across the US but Sweeny thinks it will be his biggest business yet.
