James Cole founded Chorley-based Panache Cruises in 2020 during Covid and has grown it to £50m turnover, with international offices in the US and Australia. His previous business – Cruise118 – grew into a £100m turnover business before he exited. Last year, Cole was part of a Panache team that climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for charity.
