Jack Mellor is the CEO of screening provider Personnel Checks, which has a turnover of £7m and employs 35 staff. The company is on a mission to become the go-to background screening provider in the UK. Under Mellor’s watch the company has grown headcount from 10 to 32 in five years and have seen 300 per cent revenue growth since 2021.
