The origins of SCEND date back to 2017 when it was known as UK Fulfilment Service (UFS). It was launched by founders Jack Crumpton, Owen Jenkins and Alex Harlow and was a 3PL born from their own challenges within eCommerce logistics. Today the Derbyshire-based business is a global eCommerce fulfilment company that fulfils eCommerce orders for D2C brands. In 2025 SCEND became a certified B Corp.
