London PropTech Dwelly was founded by Ilia Drozdov, Dan Lifshits and Dmitry Khanukov in 2023 and announced a £69m ($93m) funding deal in February 2026. Dwelly is an AI-first lettings and property management platform and has just completed its sixth deal of 2026.
