Married couple Helena and Simon Hills originally had the idea for TrueStart whilst triathlon training and were on the road a lot with work. They were drinking loads of coffee to keep going but it wasn’t doing the job. Their research found caffeine level in coffee varies massively so they set out to create a coffee that is better for you, and TrueStart was born. They launched their first product in 2015. Today the company is a B Corp.
