In 2000, Rachel Clacher and her brother Ed Reeves co-founded Moneypenny. At the time they were armed with £15k and started in a tiny office above an opticians in Wrexham. Today the company’s workforce has grown to 1,300+ staff across the UK and US with a reputation as ‘the happiest office in the land’. In 2016, Clacher founded the social mobility charity WeMindTheGap.
