Working with Property Managers to bring ‘hotel-like’ cancellation options to the vacation rental industry, allowing guests to cancel for any reason whilst helping to ensure owners get paid for cancelled bookings. Not only does this generate a new income stream for the Property Manager, it improves both the guest and owner experience.
2. Damage Deposits. Working with Property Managers to reduce the barrier and hassle of collecting a damage security deposit and instead encompassing this into a fixed price service offered by the property manager, to make good any small damage. This reduces guest and owner friction during checkout and stay, whilst generating additional income for the Property Manager.
