GBG brand Loqate has announced a China partnership which will extend the solution’s geographical reach.
Loqate, which processes millions of transactions every day for some of the world’s largest eCommerce companies, has partnered with NavInfo Europe to provide address data for mainland China.
The agreement also enables enhanced capability in the Macau and Hong Kong markets.
NavInfo is the leader in location services and autonomous driving solutions in China. The partnership will allow Loqate to further enrich its global reference data and enable its global customers and partners to accurately deliver their goods and services in China.
Loqate is part of GBG, a global specialist in identity data intelligence. GBG currently employs 1,000 team members across 16 locations, including Chester, Worcester, Nottingham, Liverpool, and London in the UK, as well as Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Indonesia.
“Our partnership with NavInfo Europe further supports our goal of helping every business in the world reach every customer in the world, by ensuring their address data is fully accurate to the delivery point level,” said Loqate MD David Green.
“The Chinese marketplace is immensely important to our global customers and partners.
“Our relationship with NavInfo Europe means they can effectively verify and enhance their Chinese address data, and serve customers in that market.”
Loqate is also used to enhance the quality of data held within CRM systems and to improve user experience and customer conversion rates.
Ralf Stollenwerk, MD of NavInfo Europe, said: “This agreement builds a strong first foundational step in advancing the strategic objectives of both companies regarding globalization and diversification.
“We look forward to working closely together to further extend this collaboration in the near future.”
