The world’s leading cryptocurrencies dived in value in the last 24 hours.

Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) dipped the most, falling below 22 cents at the time of writing (7am UK). That is a 9% dip in 24 hours and 13% drop in a week.

Ether (ETH) also fell sharply, its 7% dip sending it back towards $2,200. However its price is now the same as seven days ago.

Two days of stability for Bitcoin (BTC) came to an end as it dipped 5% to around $33,000, which is 4% lower than last Thursday.

Ripple’s XRP coin is at 63 cents after a 6% drop, which also puts it 7% lower than its position a week ago.

Binance Coin (BNB) fell 5% to $317 but is 8% up in a week, while Cardano (ADA) is at $1.37 after a 4% drop yet is 2% up over seven days.

The overall market cap of the approximate 10,800 coins is at $1.41 trillion, a 4.5% drop in 24 hours.
