Ideagen has appointed Emma Hayes as its new CFO.
She will replace Graeme Spenceley, who is retiring at the start of July, at the Nottinghamshire-based supplier of integrated risk management software.
Hayes is currently group finance director, capital delivery and commercial, at Severn Trent PLC.
She also spent 10 years with Deloitte LLP as a corporate finance director where she led origination and execution of a wide range of M&A transactions.
Spenceley will serve in a part-time company secretary role following his retirement.
