eCommerce and digital agency Visualsoft has been recognised for its commitment to top-quality client service after being shortlisted for five prestigious industry awards.
The company, which works with retailers to develop, build and maintain their online marketing, has been credited for its work across a number of disciplines. This includes two In-House Team of the Year nods for its email and design teams, Rising Star and Agency of the Year at the UK eCommerce Awards, as well as Agency of the Year at the CIM Marketing Excellence Awards.
Event judges have thus far praised Visualsoft’s innovation and R&D, which is helping clients to exceed evolving consumer requirements within the eCommerce space. This has been demonstrated through ongoing research projects, such as the 2018 E-Retail Performance Report, regular tech updates for client websites, investment in new systems and software and its recognition as a Google Tier One agency in Europe.
