Skelmersdale-based Stuart Energy is going on a recruitment drive as part of its next phase of growth.
In May, the power generator firm was named one of the UK’s top 10 best places to work for the third consecutive year.
The company, which was founded by Mark Stuart in 2017 alongside his dad Fred and brother Lee, is aiming to become Europe’s premier power generation business.
Fresh from winning several new contracts in the critical infrastructure sector, Stuart Energy is currently recruiting for three sales-based strategic partnership managers, a CFO and a marketing executive.
As part of its planned expansion, Stuart Energy is also actively looking for up to three acres of land in the Skelmersdale area.
Mark Stuart said: “We think of our staff as part of our extended family and we’re looking to grow our family as we look to take advantage of several new opportunities.
“Our staff are front and centre of our success and I’m proud to say we boast a 98 per cent retention rate.
“We’re growing quickly following several new customer wins, which is why we’re looking to grow our team and find a new plot of land in the Skelmersdale area.
“If you would like to join an award-winning organisation in power generation that focuses on its people, we’d love to hear from you.”
Sister, Jane Stuart-Puttnam, also works in the business, as Director of Strategic Partnerships.
In May, Stuart Energy was included in The Sunday Times Best Small Places to Work list for the third year running.
