Global engineering company Dynisma has secured a new agreement as the technical partner to Dallara, the Italian motorsport, automotive and advanced engineering specialist.

Dynisma was founded in 2017 by former Formula 1 driving simulation engineer Ash Warne and specialises in high-performance full-motion driving simulators for motorsport and automotive development.

Warne, who has been included in BusinessCloud’s Founder 250 list, previously led simulator development programmes at Ferrari and McLaren F1.

Dynisma has grown into a team of more than 180 experts based at a dedicated technology and manufacturing campus in Bristol.

Dynisma’s partnership with Dallara follows a multi-million, multi-simulator deal for its flagship DMG 360XY Driver in the Loop motion systems.

As part of the partnership, Dallara will deploy two DMG 360XY simulators across its European and US operations.

The first system is scheduled for installation at Dallara’s global headquarters in Varano de’ Melegari, Italy, during Q4 2026, with a second simulator planned for delivery to its Indianapolis facility in Q1 2027.

The DMG 360XY represents the most advanced motion system in Dynisma’s motion generator portfolio and is trusted by leading Formula 1, GT and endurance racing organisations worldwide.

Graeme Cook, CEO of Dynisma, said: “Dallara’s engineering philosophy places huge value on understanding vehicle behaviour and driver perception, and we are proud to support that approach as technical partner.

Trusted partner

“The DMG 360XY platform is designed to be trusted as a primary engineering tool, and this multi simulator agreement reflects a shared commitment to realism, correlation and long term technical excellence.”

Simon Holloway, commercial director of Dynisma, said: “This partnership goes beyond the supply of hardware. It represents a long term alignment around how simulation supports modern vehicle development, from early concept through to validation and driver integration. We are delighted to be working with Dallara at a group level.”

Andrea Pontremoli, CEO and general manager at Dallara, said: “High fidelity simulation is a strategic asset for our group. Establishing identical, top of the range motion platforms in Italy and the United States supports continuity across our engineering programmes and strengthens confidence in how virtual development informs real world performance.”
