PhysicsX was incorporated in 2019 and launched in 2020. PhysicsX is the physics AI company for industrials. In June 2026 the company announced an oversubscribed $300m Series C financing at a valuation of approximately $2.4bn. Temasek, who led the round, first invested in PhysicsX in 2025. Tuluie is a former chief scientist and head of R&D at the Mercedes F1 team while Corbo is a former partner at McKinsey.
