Richard Tang founded Zen in 1995 when the internet was in its infancy and has grown it into the UK’s largest independent broadband provider. Rochdale-based Zen is a B Corp and has identified its three priorities as 1. Happy staff; 2. Happy customers; 3. Happy suppliers.
