CEO Chris Niebel founded Altrincham-based marketing agency, The Genius Group, in 2017 and has grown turnover from £4.2m to £210m in just four years. During that period, headcount at the business grew from 10 in 2022 to 63 in 2026. According to his Instagram he’s also a talented singer.
