Erol Ayvaz and Alan Mayer founded customer experience business and feedback management platform Serve First. It was incorporated in 2019 although the official launch came a few years later. Serve First operates across sectors including retail, hospitality, health & wellness and facilities management. Serve First has raised a total of £9.6m in investment, including Pembroke VCT and the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II, through fund manager Mercia Ventures.
