Clare Roberts launched Kids Planet in 2008 with her dad after noticing a lack of high quality, flexible childcare for working parents. Kids Planet has grown to more than 300 nurseries and is responsible for more than 40k children. Roberts is a rare breed in that she’s one of only 80 UK women to have founded a business that has topped £50m in revenue. She’s also an ambassador of Girls Out Loud, which aims to raise the aspirations of teenage girls.
