Amy Moring and Jeff Webster started Hunter & Gather in 2017 with a dream to bring seed oil-free, real food condiments to the masses. Amy, who has coeliac, was inspired by her own difficulties in finding adequate food. The B Corp company launched in Tesco in April 2024 and achieved their first eight figure year in 2025.
