Ben Francis is the Forbes billionaire founder of Solihull-based cult fitness community and apparel brand Gymshark. In the early 2010s, his life was a mix of attending Aston University, pizza delivering across Birmingham and late-night lifting at the gym. But it was his appetite for fitness that he craved most. A few workout apps and a social network were the first attempts but then he had the idea for Gymshark and the rest is history. Francis is reported to be in talks to buy a portion of his business back.
