Former rugby league player James Laithwaite and his future wife Michelle launched premium meal prep delivery firm FuelHub in 2019 on the day their son Stanley was born. Seven years later, the Warrington-based business has a turnover of £6.5m, employs 50 people, makes 23,000 meals a week and has a partnership with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom. Their target is to make 100,000 meals a week and become a leading UK provider.
