Sarah Pawson founded Fruition IT and Fruition Consulting in Leeds in 2008 and secured private equity backing from Erisbeg in 2023. The brands serve the IT recruitment and technology consultancy sectors respectively. In 2020, she also founded Enablis, a business providing digital expertise. Last year she won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards – but wasn’t able to pick up her trophy as she was getting married.
