Lee Gilbert founded Fowler & Gilbert in 2011 and it’s gone from strength to strength. Fowler & Gilbert is a construction company specialising in design, fabrication and installation of bespoke steel frame buildings. Revenue and headcount have grown significantly. The company recently celebrated its 15th birthday and offers work experience placements, apprenticeships, T levels, careers advice and works with hard-to-reach groups.
