Tracy Mort launched Cole Beauty in 2007 to offer affordable and high quality bathing experience and has grown into an industry powerhouse. In 2024, she expanded her mission with the launch of wellbeing and body care brand The Retreat. Mort was awarded an MBE for services to the UK economy.
