The Steven Bartlett-backed matcha brand PerfectTed is set to hit $100m+ revenue this year.

The viral matcha drink, which was founded by Marisa Poster, Teddie Levenfiche and Levi Levenfiche in 2021, is now sold in more than 50 countries and has a staggering three-year CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 431 per cent.

London-based PerfectTed was launched from a kitchen table but shot to prominence when Poster and Teddie Levenfiche walked into the Den.

The duo secured five offers from the Dragons but opted for Bartlett and Peter Jones, with the latter later dropping out as his retail distribution expertise was not needed.

Bartlett initially invested £50,000 for 10 per cent of the firm before investing another £1m through his Flight Fund VC firm in August 2024.

In 2025, PerfectTed was named the fastest-growing founder-led business in the UK in the FEBE Growth 100.

Earlier this year, the company’s founders were named regional finalists in the 2026 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards.

Bartlett described the founders as an ‘iconic team’.
