Do you want to hear from some of the UK’s leading AI experts in an interactive AI masterclass session?

On Thursday, June 4, BusinessCloud will be joining forces with leading digital skills and apprenticeship provider Apprentify Group to hold an exclusive event entitled The AI Reckoning.

Richard Potter, CEO of Peak; Paul Gouge, CEO and co-founder of ForthStar; Karen Lough, director of people at Ciphr; Ed Chan, head of legal technology and innovation at Hill Dickinson; and Jonathan Fitchew, group CEO at Apprentify Group, will be taking part in the panel discussion.

The masterclass is being run in conjunction with Flero and leading law firm Hill Dickinson and will be hosted by BusinessCloud’s executive editor, Chris Maguire.

As well as hearing from the panel, attendees will be able to ask their own questions and share their AI experiences.

One theme for the event will be the curve of AI understanding.

At one end are businesses that still think AI is a chatbot; at the other are companies where AI is embedded in how decisions are made, how products are built and how value is created.

The AI Reckoning event will explore how companies can move up the curve to gain an operating advantage.

Last month Matthew Scullion,  CEO of Matillion, told The Naked Founder podcast, that AI would kill off  hundred million pound companies.

Apprentify Group CEO Jonathan Fitchew said:  “The AI race has started and most companies are still tying their laces.

“The companies that win the next decade are being decided now.

“The AI Reckoning is different from other events because not only do you hear from some of the leading names in AI, but you can also ask them any question you want. It’s completely non-judgemental.”

The event takes place on June 4 at Apprentify’s HQ on Water Lane, Wilmslow, from 8.30am-11am.

It’s free to attend, but spaces are limited. The event is aimed at senior leaders running mid-market UK businesses.
