Tronog

Country: Slovenia

Produces computer-generated imagery for luxury brands including Hugo Boss. Described as a ‘process facilitator’, Tronog helps companies to speed up their time to market process and enables them to sell without physical samples or with less investment in physical prototyping.

Pressenger

Country: Hungary

An AdTech company with a unique method of delivering content via data-driven technology. Pressenger is a Software-as-a-Service platform for highly visualised push notifications and engagement which is now gearing up for UK growth following success in Europe and the US.

Dronamics

Country: Bulgaria

Long-range cargo drones for Europe-wide shipping of goods. Dronamics’ drones can carry a 350kg payload up to 2,500km and it has initially signed up almost 40 airports in 12 countries. Plans to start UK operations in early 2022, covering the whole nation with two-hour delivery from a single warehouse for £1.49 or less per shipment.

Motionlab

Motionlab’s SaaS video platform, Adina, enables brands and agencies to create personalised video experiences with just a few clicks. It also connects the cinema-quality videos with the client’s data and distribution flow – enabling them to build personal relationships with every single customer.

Fitly.ai

Artificial intelligence-driven fitting solutions helping shoppers find the right clothing size through augmented reality. Fitly.ai is targeted at fashion eCommerce retailers and uses image data rather than personal customer data or body images.

Marie Zélie

Country: Poland

Founded: 2016

Staff: 40

Female fashion brand which uses natural materials including historic fabrics – such as wool, cotton, silk and linen – and new fabrics based on natural sources such as viscose. Marie Zélie says that, contrary to the fast-fashion culture, its clothes are designed and sewn with multiple uses in mind.

Pickpack

Country: Poland

Delivering ‘last-mile’ parcels. Managed by its proprietary system, LEO, it enables customers to receive their goods exactly when they want to, within a two-hour delivery window or instant two-hour delivery. A slot-based autonomous system, it optimises couriers’ work.

InPost

Country: Poland

eCommerce logistics leader behind 8,000 automated parcel lockers around Europe. InPost, listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, intends to grow its UK network of 850 lockers to 6,000 by the end of 2022. It has announced retail partnerships with New Look, boohoo, Zara, Schuh and THG.

Marketing automation AdTech company Proworx Digital was founded as a spin-off from Createam Advertising Group. Its Shoprime platform is a digital end-to-end asset management and monetisation tool focused on sales support within companies managing large networks.

Behavee

A SaaS marketing platform giving eCommerce players more efficient marketing and sales without a dependency on Google and Facebook. Based on a robust data platform, Behavee uses automation to create personalised landing pages based on customer behaviour.

60seconds

Country: Serbia

A mobile application firm which has built gamified shopping experiences for more than 50 global brands. 60seconds, which will be live in the UK market in April 2021, aims to help brands create a bond with their customers, generating valuable loyalty.

Devision

Country: Bulgaria

A software house which develops bespoke web, mobile and cloud applications for corporates and SMEs across sectors including eCommerce and manufacturing. Devision uses automated delivery and testing processes, and has experience of launching its own digital products.

Lilium

Country: Bosnia

A performance advertising company which includes web development among its services. Behind the Charter Guru platform, developed with partner agency Dubos Consulting (see below). It has ambitions to crack the eCommerce industry.

A business development and project management agency with great experience in the hospitality and aviation industries. Its ambition for the Charter Guru platform (see above) is to support both the tourism and aviation industries in the future by generating leads for charter flights.

A deep tech company which ‘tunes into the frequencies of social media users’. 9thgn’s machine learning algorithm analyses multiple streams of data in real time to suggest motivators, sensory impact words and emotional intensity rates to improve results from marketing communication.

Loki

Country: Romania

Founded: 2019

Staff: 2

A platform to enable the digitalisation of farmers and SMEs working with mountain wool. Loki has proposed a model for the development of sustainable mountain communities and is working with universities for wool treatments while establishing partnerships with textile institutions.

Allows clients to create an augmented reality campaign in a matter of minutes through its content management platform  then deliver this through a free mobile app, available on iOS and Android.

Escreo

Country: Bulgaria
