Mo Isap is founder & CEO of IN4.0. The group operates IN4.0 at UCLAN which is a unique collaboration that is focused on providing SMEs with access to cutting-edge industrial digital technology and word-class technical disruptor talent.
Previously Mo was group director at Hobs, where he led Hobs Studio which in the space of four years established itself as one the UK’s leading providers of 3D printing, 3D scanning and AR/VR.
Mo was MD of MPG, a digital print and document management company which was acquired by Hobs. The business was listed in the Financial Times 100 fastest growing UK companies and grew to one of the largest independent digital print companies in the UK.
He is also a board member of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership, leading on schools and future skills, and chair of the Greater Manchester Careers and Employability Board. He was also Chair of Blackburn and Darwen LSP for five years. Mo is also founding director and vice chair of STAR Academies, a leading multi-academy and free schools trust which operates 25 schools across the country. Two of the Trust’s Blackburn schools have been ranked 1st and 3rd of all schools nationally for two consecutive years.
