Kerim Derhalli set up Invstr in 2013 after spending 30 years in the financial sector, in senior leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan.

During this time, he had built, grew and managed multi-billion dollar businesses, and developed an exceptional track record of risk management and risk taking across a broad variety of asset classes in both developed and emerging markets.

Kerim has lived and worked in Europe, the US, the Middle East, Japan and Singapore. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

He was an Exhibitioner of Magdalen College, Oxford, an English Speaking Union Scholar, a St. Paul’s School Senior Foundation Scholar, and a Trotman Junior Exhibitioner.

Kerim was awarded a Half-Blue in Water Polo at Oxford University, swam competitively at school both in the UK and USA, and was junior athletics Victor Ludorum.
