Kate Rylance, UX research manager, Shop Direct
Kate Rylance joined Shop Direct in 2014 as senior UX researcher, responsible for generating and leading UX research projects across all business areas.
In January 2018, Kate was promoted to user experience research manager to further drive Shop Direct’s UX research team and the business’ understanding of consumer behaviour.
In January 2018, Kate was named on the Drapers 30 under 30 list, recognised for her business achievements as well as working with young female talent to bridge the gender gap in digital.
Her efforts in this space have been further recognised when she made it onto Northern Power Women’s 2019 Future’s List in January this year.
